Payments are processed securely through:

• Apple Pay: Payment information is processed by Apple. We do not have access to your credit card details.
• Other Payment Providers: MoneyHash and other trusted payment processors - we do not store full credit card details.

We may store:

• Transaction history and receipts
• Last 4 digits of card (for reference only)
• Payment status and reward points

• To provide and improve the Spice app.
• To process dining payments, rewards, and reservations.
• To personalize your experience and show relevant restaurants.
• To communicate with you about updates, offers, or support.

4. Data Sharing

We only share data with trusted partners who provide equal or greater protection:

• Restaurants: To process your bookings, payments, and rewards.
• Payment Providers: MoneyHash, Apple Pay, and other payment processors to complete transactions securely.
• Analytics Services: To improve app performance and user experience.
• Cloud Hosting: For secure data storage.
• Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries and provide assistance.

All third parties are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for specified purposes.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

• Delete: Request deletion of your personal data.

• We retain your account information for as long as your account is active.
• After account deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
• Transaction records may be retained for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.
• You can request immediate deletion of your data by contacting privacy@getspice.com or through the in-app account deletion feature.

You can delete your account directly within the app:

1. Go to Settings > Account
2. Select "Delete Account"
3. Confirm deletion

Upon deletion:

• Your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days
• Transaction records may be retained for legal/tax purposes as required by law
• This action cannot be undone

8. Children's Privacy

Spice is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Union). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at privacy@getspice.com, and we will take steps to delete such information.

Your data may be transferred to and processed on servers located outside Saudi Arabia. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
